How a Progmetics class actually works
No jargon and no promises we cannot keep. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you message us to the moment your child's report reaches you.
Stage one
Getting your child into the right batch
You message us
WhatsApp is fastest. Tell us the grade, the board, the subjects that worry you and the evening slots that suit your household. Two minutes.
Free demo class
We place your child in a real, running class — not a staged one. You sit beside them and watch. If it is not right, you owe us nothing and we say so.
Batch placement
We match by grade, board and pace. Six seats to a batch. Once the sixth child is placed, that batch closes for the term.
Term begins
Classes start the following Monday. You receive the timetable, teacher names, the joining link and your parent login.
Stage two
Inside the 50 minutes
Every class follows the same rhythm. Predictability is what lets a nine-year-old relax enough to admit they did not understand something.
Teach
The new concept, on a shared whiteboard, built from the ground up. Children are named and asked directly. Nobody hides.
Practise
Children work problems live while the teacher watches their screens. Errors are caught in the minute they happen, not a week later.
Check
A short live assessment. Every child answers. The teacher sees, immediately, whether the class landed.
Set
Homework assigned as a short video plus a quiz — twenty minutes of work, not two hours.
10-minute break
Away from the screen before the next subject. Non-negotiable.

How you know it is working
Attendance is not progress. We report on the things that predict a result.

- Chapter-level reporting so you can see which topic is the weak one

What we will tell you honestly
If your child is not attending, we say so. If the homework is being copied, we say so. If a different batch or a different teacher would suit them better, we move them — at no cost.
We would rather lose a month's fee than have a family discover in March that nothing changed.

Requirements
What your child needs
A device
Laptop, desktop or tablet. A phone works for most subjects, but coding needs a laptop or desktop.
Home internet
Standard UAE home broadband is plenty. We do not require high bandwidth.
Microphone & camera
Both on, every class. Speaking out loud is how we know a child has understood.
Their school textbook
We teach against the book your child already owns. There is nothing to buy from us.
