Online CBSE and ICSE tuition for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain families
Whether your child's school is in Abu Dhabi city or in Al Ain, Progmetics teaches the same live online class: CBSE and ICSE, Grades 3 to 12, in separate batches for each board. Classes last 55 minutes and run Monday to Friday, in an after-school slot between 2:00 and 9:00 PM Gulf Standard Time (GST). Grades 3 to 10 take all five core subjects for AED 450 a month, excl. 5% VAT, in classes of up to six; Class 11 and 12 are taught one-to-one or in a group of three and priced by stream. We have no centre, so nobody drives anywhere, and the first class is a free demo.
Abu Dhabi city or Al Ain: the same class
Distance changes nothing here. The whole UAE runs on Gulf Standard Time, so a 6:00 PM class is 6:00 PM in Al Ain and on Abu Dhabi island, with the same teacher and the same lesson.
- Tuition in Al Ain, without hunting for a centre. Your child joins from home, so it makes no difference how far you live from the nearest tutor.
- One price for the whole emirate: AED 450 a month for Grades 3 to 10, excl. 5% VAT, whether you live in Abu Dhabi city, Al Ain or anywhere else in the UAE.
- Parents can watch. You can drop in on any class without notice. Read our child-protection policy.
- Who runs it. Progmetics Education is a brand of Nexora Collective LLC, registered at Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah. Nobody is taught at that address.

ICSE and ISC students in Abu Dhabi
ICSE students are taught in their own batches by their own teachers, never mixed into CBSE classes. English Papers I and II are taught and marked separately, and ISC (Class 11 and 12) is priced the same as CBSE Class 11 and 12. See ICSE and ISC online tuition and online ICSE Class 10 Maths classes.
Fitting classes around the Abu Dhabi school day
Classes run Monday to Friday, in seven one-hour slots between 2:00 and 9:00 PM GST, and each class is 55 minutes. In Regular Online Tuitions one subject is taught each weekday, in the slot you pick.
- Monday to Friday: if your child gets home late, or has an activity after school, a later slot such as 6:00 or 7:00 PM leaves time to eat and rest first.
- Weekends: only the optional Arabic Weekends and Orbit add-ons, plus the Saturday option in Specialised Subjects.
Send us your child’s school calendar when you enrol: we follow your child’s school calendar and plan exam-week revision around it.
Teachers and board years
- Every teacher passes a subject test and a live teaching trial before they teach your child.
- Only teachers with board-exam experience take Class 10 and Class 12 batches.
- CBSE Class 10 has two board sittings. See CBSE two board exams, explained.
- Homework Assistance gives supervised homework help on school days for Grades 3 to 10, at AED 600 a month one-to-one or AED 500 in a group of three, excl. 5% VAT.
