Classes & teaching
Are the classes live or recorded?

Every class is live. Cameras and microphones on, questions asked out loud, work checked while the class is running. Classes cannot be downloaded — learning happens in the exchange. Short practice videos and quizzes follow each session for revision.

How many children are in a class?

In Regular Online Tuitions, six maximum — never seven. When the sixth seat is taken, the batch closes for the term. Specialised Subjects and Homework Assistance run one-to-one or in a group of no more than three.

How long is a class?

Fifty minutes, with a ten-minute break before the next subject. Long enough to teach a concept properly, short enough that a nine-year-old stays with it.

What times do classes run?

Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM Gulf Standard Time, in seven one-hour slots. One subject is taught each weekday. You choose the slot that fits your evening and keep it for the year. Saturday mornings are reserved for free Arabic sessions and revision clinics.

Which grades and boards do you teach?

Grades 3 to 12, CBSE and ICSE, in separate batches for each board. We do not mix boards in one class.

Can my child change batch timing later?

Yes, at any point, at no charge, subject to a seat being free in the batch you want.

Fees & payment
What are your three products and what do they cost?

Regular Online Tuitions is AED 450 a month: all five core subjects, one every weekday, in a class of six. Specialised Subjects covers any single subject of your choice at AED 600 a month one-to-one, or AED 500 in a group of up to three. Homework Assistance is priced the same way — AED 600 one-to-one, AED 500 in a group of up to three.

What does the AED 450 fee actually cover?

All five core subjects — Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies and a second language — one subject each weekday, plus homework, quizzes, the question bank, live assessment, parent–teacher meetings, free Arabic Saturdays and free summer workshops. There is nothing else to buy.

Can I combine two products?

Yes. Regular Online Tuitions plus Homework Assistance is a common combination. Tell us what you need and we will quote a combined monthly figure rather than simply adding the two prices.

Is there a registration or joining fee?

No. No registration fee, no material fee, no exit fee.

How do I pay?

Monthly in advance, by bank transfer or card. There is no annual contract.

Do you offer a sibling reduction?

Yes. Enrol a second child from the same family and you receive a flat 10% reduction on tuition for three months. Ask us for the sibling coupon when you enrol; the reduction is applied to your following quarter’s invoice.

Can I stop mid-term?

Yes, with fourteen days’ written notice. See the refund policy for detail.

Is the demo class free?

Yes. Up to two free classes across any subjects, with no card details taken.

Teachers & safeguarding
Who are the teachers?

Qualified subject teachers with CBSE or ICSE classroom experience, selected through a subject test, a live teaching trial and background verification. From Grade 9, Physics, Chemistry and Biology are taught by separate specialists.

Can I sit in on my child’s class?

Yes — any class, at any time, without notice. We treat this as a safeguarding requirement rather than a favour.

What if my child does not get on with their teacher?

Tell us and we move them. No charge, no discussion, no notice period.

How do you protect children online?

Sessions are monitored, one-to-one private contact between teacher and student outside class is prohibited, all teachers complete child protection training, and our full policy is published on this site.

Progress & results
How will I know whether it is working?

Live assessment scores from every class, weekly homework tracking, attendance alerts after two missed classes, chapter-level reporting, and parent–teacher meetings at each milestone.

Do you guarantee better marks?

No, and we would be careful of anyone who does. We guarantee live teaching in a class of six, honest reporting, and that we will tell you plainly if something is not working.

How much homework is set?

Around twenty minutes after each class — a short video and a quiz. We are not trying to fill your child’s evening.

What about screen time?

Fifty-minute sessions, ten-minute breaks, in-class movement breaks, and deliberately short homework.

Practical matters
What equipment does my child need?

A laptop, desktop or tablet, standard home internet, a working camera and microphone, and their own school textbook. Coding classes need a laptop or desktop. There is nothing to buy from us.

We are outside the UAE. Can we still join?

Our timetable is built on Gulf Standard Time. Families in nearby time zones often manage comfortably — ask us and we will be honest about whether the slots suit you.

When can we start?

Any week. Batches are sequenced to where your child actually is, not to a fixed intake date. Most families begin the Monday after their demo class.

Do you follow the UAE or the Indian school calendar?

Indian-curriculum schools in the UAE traditionally run April to March, and a transition toward the unified UAE calendar is underway. We follow the calendar your child’s school follows and adjust batches around it.
